A Career Built on Value and Relationships

I grew up in the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by innovators, disruptors, and dreamers. It was the perfect backdrop for learning how bold ideas become world-changing businesses—and how relationships drive it all.

While I earned BA in Marketing at San Diego State University, my greatest understanding about people and relationships came from my time at the Southwestern Company. I sold educational books door-to-door for six summers, which taught me more about grit and human nature than any classroom ever did. I launched a career focused on what I love: helping people and businesses grow.

For over a dozen years, I worked at Deloitte in a variety of leadership roles. I led business development nationally for the Blockchain and Digital Asset practice and led business development globally for the Wine Practice. I was also the Relationship Leader for one of the world’s largest wineries and the Portfolio Success Leader for several major private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Across all of it, one thing stayed constant: my passion for helping clients succeed by aligning strategy, building real relationships, and creating value that lasts.

I advise companies, partners, and founders who are ready to level up. Whether it’s refining their growth strategy, coaching teams on business development, or exploring how to scale with AI, I bring energy, clarity, and practical tools to the table.

My sweet spot is helping people connect the dots—between where they are and where they want to go. Between the people they know and the opportunities they can uncover.

And I don’t just work in the business world.

Impact Matters.

A few years ago, I co-founded Abundant Village, a 501c3 nonprofit focused on helping under-resourced communities achieve self-reliance. We co-create local solutions around food, water, healthcare, education, and jobs—starting in South Africa, where the dollar goes farther and the need is urgent.

Our model is simple: donor-launched, revenue-sustained, and community-run. It’s a business-informed approach to social impact, and one of the most meaningful endeavours I’ve ever undertaken.

  • I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico with my amazing wife. Moving here in 2022 was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

  • And yes, being a great husband and dad is the most important role I’ll ever have.
